- Figs & Gorgonzola over Brioche with port sauce, & balsamic reduction

- Mini crab cakes over beet slaw with three sauces

- Tomato and mozzarella salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette

- Salad of Mango & apple slices with arugula, gorgonzola cheese tossed in balsamic vinaigrette
Please choose 4 of the following:

- Salmon, line caught & organic over mixed vegetables and butter-lemon sauce - Lobster ravioli with ginger-cream sauce

- Seared pepper Tuna over fava beans-corn relish & spaghetti squash

- Grilled New York Strip Loin over Peacock fries and herbed butter
